Tapeinochilus Piniformis

A recently collected ginger from New Guinea. This ginger is immense in size and stature, it is one of the most bizarre gingers we have come across in a long time. its height can reach 10' to 15', its main stalk reaches high to a canopy of terminal stems with round oval leaves which sets the dramatic stage for this colossal red/orange/brown and black very spiny inflorescence. A beautiful and also rare plant! Quantities limited!
